I'm just putting the facts in today. :-P
Feeling like my system isn't feeling so sluggish. Maybe that's because I didn't make myself eat when I wasn't hungry yesterday. My only concern is my insulin balance. Maybe I'll try to eat very small amounts when I do eat, so that I'm hungry enough to eat again in 3-4 hours.
Doing no learning about raw foods.
* carob shake (carob, banana, cashews, agave, salt, ice)
* salad with lots of veggies
* "pasta" and "sauce" that I made a few days ago (well, the pasta is fresh zucchini, but the sauce has been in the fridge for a few days)
