Whoa, Pure Jeevan's Back?!

2016 update: Aha, you noticed?! Welcome. Yes, we wanted to bring the site back online again, mainly because it's so packed with articles and information. It will be a work in progress for some time, as we changed web platforms and all sorts of tech stuff. So, a lot of links are hard-coded to old Wordpress-style links... just awful. But, in time we'll get all of it back in shape. For now, enjoy clicking around and reading!

Today for "Take the Time Tuesday," we'd like you to take the time to meet Mimi Kirk, whom many of you may know as the winner of PETA's "Sexiest Vegetarian Over 50" contest last fall. If you're interested in longevity, and how diet influences the way we look, act, think, and exist, then you'll definitely want to listen closely to what this vibrant woman, who is 71 years young, has to say. We spoke with Mimi for nearly an hour this weekend, and are happy to share her inspiring interview with all of you. Below, you can listen right here, or download a podcast MP3 version.

wendi, i found the key to going through menopause comfortably was GREENS. susan weed's book on the subject talks a lot about herbs and i realized that if i just ate enough greens -- CHLOROPHYL -- i would be fine -- and i was. :)

She's been my friend on facebook for a few months, like you guys, and I love her posts. It's really exciting to hear you and her in the same interview.

I'm such a big fan, and feel like this interview is like a rock concert.

Thank you.
