Sharing is lovely, don't you think? When I decided I was going to "go raw" and not consume cooked foods anymore, it was a huge life-changing decision. Even though there was no one standing next to me, telling me what to do and not do as I was changing my eating habits, I was still supported in my efforts. My support system was made up of copious amounts of experience and advice that was openly shared by experienced raw foodists. Even though many times I felt like I was alone, the path I was walking was etched with loving words left by caring people who wanted to encourage others who were yet to come down the same raw food path.

Today, and always, I am thankful for all that has been openly shared by other raw foodists. With their generous words of advice and experience, I have been able to regain my health and so much more, they have made my path an easy one. Even though I am still making my way on this raw food journey, I, too, am stopping from time to time to etch loving words of encouragement for those who are new to the path. I love sharing my raw food experiences, because I want to help others as I've been helped.

------------

KDcat says I should write something else here, in addition to words about raw food. So, I sat and thought about the word sharing. I instantly wanted to write about what I love to share with others as often as I can. When you have more than enough of something, it feels good to share it with those around you, doesn t it? Well, I have always had an abundance of love in my heart and have openly shared it with others. Love is magical---the more you spread to others, the more you seem to have. It never fades away.

What do you like to share with others? What have others shared with you that you are thankful for today? I'd love to read your comments.

Oh, thank you so much for sharing! Sharing is wonderful, even if it's something sad and you need someone there. It's so therapeutic.

I love when people share good things and their happiness and love with others. I've had friends who've only come to me when something is wrong. It's nice that they can depend on me in those kinds of situations, but what about all the great and good times? I try to share every moment, good and bad with others. I probably share the good much more though!

Thanks so much for your comments, Sam and Melissa. :-)

I agree, Melissa, that it's nice to share the good with the bad. I never shared the bad in my past, while most others never shared the good. I think a balance is very healthy and that's something I'm working on in my life.

For me, I always experience the pains and joys others are sharing with me. So, it's always very much appreciated if they share the joys just as much as the unhappy times! ;-)

Lots of love to both of you,

Wendi

XOXO
