Whoa, Pure Jeevan's Back?!

2016 update: Aha, you noticed?! Welcome. Yes, we wanted to bring the site back online again, mainly because it's so packed with articles and information. It will be a work in progress for some time, as we changed web platforms and all sorts of tech stuff. So, a lot of links are hard-coded to old Wordpress-style links... just awful. Search engines are directing people to our page when they enter "mono and headaches" and I want to take this opportunity to reach out to those who may not know about this amazing lifestyle the rest of you already know about! ;-) Plus, I want to help them with their headaches.

Mono and Headaches: Looking for Help

Mononucleosis (Mono) is a common viral illness. When children develop mono, it is usually not obvious since it seems like a normal cold. When teens and adults develop mono, however, the symptoms are much more severe. Most individuals will feel better within about three weeks, but fatigue can continue on for about three months! Who wants to feel ill that long? Who wants to feel tired for MONTHS ! Who wants to suffer from such severe headaches ! Not me, that's for sure.

If you have mono, or know someone who does, you've probably come to this page after searching for information about mono and headaches. Let me tell you, I know a lot about headaches (especially migraines). I suffered from debilitating migraines most of my life. I am now free from them forever! Not only does my body no longer suffer from headaches, I'm not as susceptible to common colds as most other people. Want to know how this can be true for you, too? Keep reading!

Did you know that if an individual has a healthy immune system, that person's body can fight off viruses that they come across on a daily basis? That includes the horrible mononucleosis virus that is causing many individuals to suffer great pain and fatigue! Imagine living with, and around, others who are coming down with illnesses and you remain healthy! It IS possible!

Here's the "secret" to keeping your body healthy: Eat fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds. Sounds too simple? Well, there's one more thing: Eat fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds that have never been heated.Not many people know this, but the human body's immune system has to struggle to keep the body healthy/balanced every time cooked food is eaten. If this is your first time hearing this, it sounds pretty strange, doesn't it? It's very true, however. I didn't make it up--honest! I stumbled across this little "secret" and searched out others who knew about it, as well. Guess what I found? A THRIVING COMMUNITY of individuals who have extremely healthy immune systems because they don't consume foods that have ever been heated.

It sounds extreme, doesn't it? Think about it, though. If you are suffering from headaches, illnesses (including things like cancer), fatigue, etc., you are being robbed of your chance to live a vibrant, healthy, happy existence. No one wants to be sick. We all want to feel great and live long, healthy, happy lives. If you've stumbled across this page hoping to find information about mono and headaches, you have found so much more; this is your chance to dive deep into a subject that will bring you immense health and happiness not just in the near future, but for the rest of your life!

I invite you to look around (go to the main site, too, for even more information), read stories of healing by others who have learned the "secret" of eating uncooked foods (they share incredible stories of healing from all kinds of problems), catch a glimpse of something that not many people know about right now.

I want to help you--not only with your mono headaches, but from ever suffering such illnesses again. In Soul of Healing Meditations, Deepak Chopra teaches a method to redirect blood away from the head, and he says it's commonly used to relieve migraine headaches. You basically lie down, with your arms along your body, palms up, and you concentrate on your hands to feel them get warm with your heartbeat in them. Of course, Deepak does a better job of explaining this. I don't have headaches so I don't know if it works, but it's a great relaxation/meditation exercise!
