* 1/3 carob coconut shake

* Small salad at co op (green lettuce, spinach, purple cabbage, carrots, onion, broccoli, cauliflower, grape tomatoes) with olive oil, salt, and an avocado

* Fresh veggies juice from co op (carrots, celery, apple, lemon)

* 1/4 small banana

* 3 Not Peanut Butter cookies with raisins (this is what I made for dinner, since I sipped on my juice for the afternoon and I wasn't hungry for much other than a sweet fat)
