Know Any Literary Animal Lovers?

Hi there PureJeevan readers! We wanted to let you know that Jim's new novel CHROO is available on Amazon. It's a crazy adventure involving a billionaire heiress, her Chihuahua BFF ("Chroo") and a host of human and animal characters. Find out more on Amazon! Here are some links:

Next weekend I'll be at the Green Festival in Washington, DC. helping Natural Zing at their vendor booth (I'm completely in love with Natural Zing because of their honest business ethics and commitment to having the highest quality products available---and the president is a truly beautiful individual). My dear friend RawBin will be picking me up next Thursday for a RAWsome weekend and I'll fly back on Monday!

Here's a list of some Green Festival facts from their Web site:

  • Green Festival? is the largest sustainability event in the world and continues to grow year after year.
  • Green Festival? is the only green event that screens exhibitors for their commitment to sustainability, ecological balance and social justice using Co-op America s green business standards.
  • Green Festival? offsets 100% of its electricity emissions with clean, renewable energy.
  • Green Festival? walks its talk: each year it gets closer to being a zero-waste event.

I've never attended a Green Festival, but from all I've read about it on the Green Festival site, it's going to be an educational and enjoyable weekend.

If you can make it to the festival, or if you live in the area, please know that there's going to be a raw food party before the festival begins! Natural Zing has organized the gathering and I'm looking forward to attending! It will be my first time at Java Green Organic Eco Cafe---a place that seems to be quite popular for raw food gatherings! I went to their site just now and they are offering free tickets to the Green Festival for their customers! Check them out!

Here's the announcement sent out by Natural Zing about the party. We will most likely be having some late evening parties that weekend, as well, so please let me know if you'll be in town!

Michelle,

Thanks for your comment. Our home didn't sell, yet. We had someone come back for a second look yesterday, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Thanks for being so sweet!
