I was sitting here today thinking about all of you, our lovely online friends who visit this blog. You follow what's going on with us, learn from us, find inspiration in the things we share, and even offer support to us in many ways.

Some of you reach out by leaving comments, many of you send emails, and a larger majority of you are quiet friends who haven't made contact with us, yet. Each and every one of you means so very much to me (and to Jim, too).

We don't keep this blog for ourselves; we keep it for all of you. It is our desire to share all that we've been through, and what we've learned, in order to help you with your own journey. Most of all, however, my personal desire is to inspire you to live the life you truly want to be living (in more ways than just through what you eat).

I just wanted to take a little bit of time to reach out to all of you to say thank you so very much for joining us on this journey we're on, for being here in so many different ways. We appreciate all of you so very much.

I love you -- yes, YOU! If we were in person right now I'd reach out and hug YOU, smile into your beautiful face, and thank you in person for being an important part of my life.

Lots and lots of love to all of you,

Wendi

XOXOXO

p.s. Let me know if there's something we could do to make this blog more useful for you along this beautiful journey we are all on together.

I LOVE you and am excited to see what the future holds for you. If I were there with you, you'd be getting a BIG hug too!

I love you and Jim too! Thanks for all the wonderful blogging. You truly are an inspiration.

One thing I'd like to hear more of is how your raw journey has influenced your, shall I say, spiritual outreach. Basically, how has going raw changed your take on politics? How do you spread the light without being overbearing and lame? How do you get more people to launch themselves into new stratospheres of holistic health without telling them what to do

I know that one day we will all be free, because we are all already free, but part of me still wants to accelerate this process. But the rest of me is just happy to radiate love, and is so happy to see your blog do this every day.

Jah Bless!

Such a lovely note and filled with such deep questions. I will come back

have a block of uninterrupted time.

Thanks for the love!!

Thanks for the encouragement! I love you and your family as well. (And you live, for now, in my hubby's hometown - Go Steelers this weekend!!)

The raw journey is still fairly new for me and it's always helpful when I can look at someone else ahead of me who is willing to share lessons learned and victories. It gives me the courage to keep going and to get back up when I fall. I guess that's true for most areas we're trying to grow in or master, but the food we eat is so essential to who we are, what we feel, everything really. That's one thing I've come to see more and more. Do I want to be at peace and feel calm or anxious and out of control? When I am putting real food into my body, I can better handle whatever comes in the day. My perspective is different. When I eat foods that are typically SAD, I'm sad too. I'm more controlled by the environment and don't see opportunities; they just look like challenges.

Sometimes I feel like we're all running in a race or something and prodding one another to keep going and not give up. OK, maybe that's too dramatic. Perhaps I should just leave it at - appreciate you guys. :-) But know that your posts mean a lot to me and I look forward to them.

Thank you so much for your comment, Barbara! Thank you most of all for
sharing about yourself, as well.

Yes, I like to think that we are all inspiring each other to keep moving,
to keep reaching for our goals to be all that we desire to be in this
life. It has always been my passion to help others, so hearing that what I
do is inspiring others pushes me to keep helping more and more people.

I'll try to share more about some of the things I learned along the way,
the struggles and the victories, since you said that's helpful for you to
hear.

Thanks again for sharing, and for your love.

Lots of love to you,

Wendi

Hi Wendi,
What a beautiful, positive message to read first thing in the morning. I am very new to the raw food movement and am quite confused on how to do it "right". Having this forum is very helpful to me as my personal life is quite stressful....my root chakra is very unsteady now! I hope that this switch to raw foods will, in fact, be my answer. Lots and lots of love to you! Namaste!!!

Karyn,

Thanks so much for your comment! I'm so happy to have started your day off
with a positive message. *hugs*

I have no doubt that the raw foods will be the answer you are looking for.
I'm sure you already know, deep inside, that you have come across the
answer you've been looking for! I look forward to hearing from you about
how your chakras become steady as you continue along your raw journey!

Thanks for the love. Lots of love back to you, too!

Wendi

p.s. There is no "right" or "wrong" way when it comes to raw. Eat the
fresh fruits, veggies, nuts, and seeds you are drawn to and you'll find
you know, intuitively, what your body needs!

I found that the more I stayed connected with information about raw foods,
nothing could keep me down for long. That's why so many of us are out here
spreading the information and our stories. It helps all of you. One day
you'll be sharing your story and helping others, too!!

Thanks so much for leaving a comment!

Yes, let's all say it as often as we can, and let's go to that place inside of us all where it's felt always that we love one another!!
Love and Light to you both,
Jolanda.

I agree--there's a place inside all of us where we know we love one
another. May we one day all live with that knowledge not buried to deeply
inside.
