Welcome to Makin' It Monday, Guest Raw Chef edition. Today, Dave Sokulski of www.BirchCenter.com and www.FoodUnderFoot.com gets a little silly while making some delicious raw cacao treats! Enjoy the video:

Here's the recipe:

Melissa's Extra Special Super Chocolate Treats on Bananas

1/2 cup agave

1/4 cup raw cacao

2 T maca powder

1/2 tsp. vanilla

pinch of salt

1/4 cup coconut oil

2 T hemp seeds

Update: The Sokulski family has since been released from the raw cacao rehab center. They have now all vowed to consume raw cacao responsibly. (We all have our own definition of "responsibly" as it pertains to cacao!)

WOW.......now that was a hoot, so much so that I tried the recipe! I needed some laughs, and it worked as mine came out rather fudgey (did not have agave nectar, so tried honey). I made mock turtles with half of date with walnut smoothered in my fudge......rather rich but oh so good! Thanks for the inspiration!

That was good to share a laugh, found it was easier to split the banana length wise instead of trying to put it on the small rings of narna.
