LJ was down yesterday, so I wasn't able to log in what I ate. Here's what I remember:

* coconut shake

* 1/4 lara bar which I didn't know wasn't organic until I bought a few of them :-(

* small salad and mixed prepared salads (rice and beans kinds) from WF--not organic and gave me a belly ache

* small bit of leftover chana masala

* few small handfulls of Indian snack mix

* 2 small mugs of spiced apple juice


Looking at all of that, it's no wonder I feel so yucky today. I'll have to try to make a lot of fresh foods today. Last night I stayed up late with a friend and we watched a raw DVD. They always make it look so easy to just whip things together--and I guess it really *is* that easy!
