I'm going to sometimes keep track of what I'm eating.
So far today (I'll update this entry by tomorrow to include everything):
1/4 of a carob coconut smoothie (whole smootie consisted of: young coconut meat and water, few handfuls almonds, 4 tablespoons hemp protein powder, 3 tablespoons raw carob, one frozen banana, 2 dates)
Salad (mixed greens with spinach, flax oil, pepitos, few grape tomatoes, salt, garlic powder)
About 2 tablespoons of tahini mixed with agave
Half of a mixed veggie salad with chat masala (whole salad consisted of: 1/2 orange pepper, 1/2 yellow pepper, chopped onion, 1/3 cup chopped cilantro, 1 gigantic carrot, tablespoon olive oil, lemon juice, chat masala)
16 oz. glass of veggie juice (carrots, celery, beet, apple)
