The heat and humidity where I'm at is almost unbearable. Today I'll probably just eat a lot of raw food because it's cooling!
I'm feeling hot and a bit swollen from the popcorn loaded with butter and salt last night. I woke with those sheet wrinkles on my hands and arms, so I know that's a sign that I need to get a lot more fluids in me today.
* Reading the small manual that came with the Cuisinart food processor! ;-)
* Green smoothie made from bananas, strawberries, lettuce
* Handful of walnuts
* Salad made from: lettuce, chopped veggies (tomatoes, celery, green peppers, parsley, dragon carrots, onion, garlic, lemon, olive oil, zucchini, and maybe some other things that I'm forgetting)
* Fresh coconut water/milk
* Coconut shake: fresh coconut water/milk, coconut meat, agave nectar, lemon juice
* Celery with peanutbutter and a few raisins
* Small amount of leftover scrambled tofu with one slice sprouted bread
