I'm leaving tomorrow!! Yay! I'm going to try to pick up some more baby coconuts, some bananas, dates, almonds, and some other healthy things that I'll be able to eat during the trips to and from NS. A friend of mine was clever and made granola bars before she left on her vacation!



A bit congested, probably from the crap I've been eating off and on the past week. My period seems to have started today after a few days of spotting. I don't mind that it's here right as I'm leaving for vacation. At least it's here and it seems to be relatively close to a "normal" cycle, minus the spotting days.



* Fresh pineapple (not organic)

* Lightly cooked veggies (cauliflower, zucchini, green beans, kale, onion, garlic, red pepper, and possibly some other veggies I'm forgetting) with vegan butter

* Small spoon of guacamole that I made for the trip

* Small bowl of leftover pesto pasta cooked with leftover tomato salad
